We ship all orders using UPS, which does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please use a street address. Processing time is usually 1–3 business days, but during sales or for custom items, it can take up to 7–14 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, it will arrive in 2–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note: Shipping time begins after processing is complete.

For a full install, we recommend 3-4 bundles for lengths 12"-22", and 4-5 bundles for lengths 24"-30".

No refunds. All hair sales are final. We only offer exchanges or store credit for eligible hair products. Exchange & Store Credit Policy: You have 10 days from purchase to request an exchange. Hair must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and ties intact. If you don’t want to exchange, we can give you store credit (valid for 1 year).Shipping fees are not included in exchanges or store credits .We DO NOT accept returns if: Your hair has been worn, brushed, combed, washed, cut, dyed, plucked, bleached, or altered. The original ties, tags, or packaging are missing. The product is a lace item (frontals, closures, or full lace wigs).It was purchased on sale, during a promo, or clearance. What if there’s a defect? If you receive hair with a manufacturer defect, email us within 7 days of getting your order. We’ll review the issue and replace it if approved. How to Return for Exchange or Store Credit - Contact us within 7 days of receiving your hair. Include your name, phone number, order receipt, and reason for return. Yes! Haute Hair extensions are made from 100% raw human hair, which means they can be dyed, bleached, toned, and heat-styled just like your natural hair. However, we recommend letting a licensed professional handle any coloring or chemical processes. Doing a strand test first, especially with bleach or vibrant colors. Avoiding over-processing to maintain the hair’s quality and lifespan. Note: Once the hair is altered (dyed, bleached, plucked, cut, etc.), it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
