Shipping:

We ship via UPS. Please keep in my mind that UPS doesn’t ship to P.O. Boxes. For OVERNIGHT processing please contact the store directly. Order processing time is 1-3 business days (average but can be up to 5).

Once an ordered has been placed it can not be changed or canceled. Please make sure you provide the correct address. Once your order has been placed the address can not be modified. We DO NOT offer in store pickups for online orders.

All sales are final. We no longer accept refunds or returns! Please make sure you read product description prior to purchasing. Feel to contact us anytime with any questions regarding any of our products. 

You will receive a tracking number automatically once your order is shipped. Our orders arrive within 3-10 business days from the time the order is placed.

Due to high demand, processing/ shipping times may be delayed. Please contact us PRIOR TO PURCHASE if you need the hair for a specific date, so we can confirm processing / shipping times for your specific order. We can also assist you with arranging for expedited shipping of eligible items. All deliveries require a signature. If you miss the delivery or refuse the delivery you will be responsible for any fees associated with shipping them back to you. During Holiday and sales times please expect longer processing times.

Overnight (available in store only must call the store)

All SALE and Discounted hair is subject to longer processing times.

Return Policy:

All sales are Final. Exchanges only , NO RETURNS. We offer store credits and exchanges only. Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of purchase. Store credits are valid for up to 1 year and can be issued if an exchange is not desirable minus all shipping charges to and from us. If you find that your item has a manufacturer defect please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will gladly replace the order immediately we stand by our quality. If your return or exchange is not in brand new salable condition with all original packaging and tags attached your item will not be accepted for return. 

 

Due to the hygiene nature and high demand of our products, all sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.h

Return Address

Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified and up to our discretion. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way(Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer). Send your return item(s) including your first name, last name, phone number, the reason for the return and original receipt to:

For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted sale or clearance items. The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction. Once received and determined to be in resealable form, a store credit would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question.  Once a store credit or Gift Card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds.  All returns and return to shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35. Shipping cost and Route Insurance cost are non refundable

Please understand that products that have been used (wefts cut, lace plucked, lace cut, lace customized, lace bleached, hair dyed, etc) will not be accepted.


NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.

Protect Your Investment

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing the recommended products.However, if you feel you've received a product that is unusual we want to hear from you. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via email  (hautehair@hautehairatl.com) within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package. Note that using non -recommended products , perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for compensation, if it applies.   If Haute Hair verifies and agrees that the product may be dissatisfactory, Haute Hair will offer a fair resolution.

If Haute Hair does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without a replacement  of product.
