We ship all orders using UPS, which does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please use a street address. Processing time is usually 1–3 business days, but during sales or for custom items, it can take up to 7–14 business days. For a full install, we recommend 3-4 bundles for lengths 12"-22", and 4-5 bundles for lengths 24"-30".

Yes! Haute Hair extensions are made from 100% raw human hair, which means they can be dyed, bleached, toned, and heat-styled just like your natural hair. However, we recommend letting a licensed professional handle any coloring or chemical processes. Doing a strand test first, especially with bleach or vibrant colors. Avoiding over-processing to maintain the hair’s quality and lifespan. Note: Once the hair is altered (dyed, bleached, plucked, cut, etc.), it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
